As a Health at Every Size Educator and Dietitian, I have felt very frustrated with the all or nothing approach to the wellness industry. We are told that if we don’t follow a certain diet or weigh a certain amount that we are lazy, unhealthy and just not “devoted enough.” These messages are often targeted in order to make you feel like you need to buy a product, diet plan, food or supplement.

That is why I started END. I want to end the obsession with food and support the person as they discover a healthy relationship with food while meeting reasonable and reachable health goals measured by true markers of health.
